Threshold: Quality, Systems & Reporting Manager
Founded in 1978, Threshold provides independent advice and advocacy to people experiencing housing problems. Our mission is to secure a right to housing for private renters experiencing poverty and exclusion, we achieve this by influencing housing policy. To support this mission, we are currently recruiting for a Quality, Systems and Reporting Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, improving and embedding the organisation’s processes and technologies to support the delivery of a high quality and consistent service across all Threshold locations
Quality, Systems and Reporting Manager
The successful candidate will work closely with the COO, Regional Services Managers and other members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) to implement a suite of KPIs, review and the utilisation of the CRM system (currently Salesforce) and embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the teams. You will have experience of developing and implementing standard reporting templates, knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure and ideally have some project management experience.
