EmployAbility Cavan Monaghan
Monaghan Supported Employment CLG is the EmployAbility Service for Cavan Monaghan. This service assists people with disabilities to find paid employment in the open labour market by providing job coach support.
We are now seeking to recruit a Coordinator to work with our established team based in counties Cavan and Monaghan.
To qualify, candidates should have a relevant third level qualification and/or experience of working with people with a disability, coupled with a relevant qualification and/or experience of people management.
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to plan strategically and work on one’s own initiative as well as part of a team. Experience of setting budgets is desirable, one should work well under pressure, have knowledge of the open labour market and the statutory and voluntary sector.
Candidates should also have experience of the business sector with sales / marketing knowledge desirable. The ability to travel is required, therefore own car and clean driving licence are essential.
