Respond: Deputy Head of HR

This new role will support the Head of HR with the development of a holistic People Strategy and manage the learning and organisation development function to ensure Respond has the capability to deliver on its mission through its dedicated team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to make a difference by being part of the development and growth of an expanding organisation. Our in-house team is spread throughout Ireland and includes architects, accountants, site agents, quantity surveyors, as well as resident support, early years learning, finance, legal, administrative and IT experts.

Location: Dublin / Waterford

Reporting to: Head of HR

Terms: Permanent – Full Time

Job Purpose:

This new role of Deputy Head of HR will support the Head of HR with the development of a holistic People Strategy, being bold and ambitious about our people agenda. Provide leadership for Organisational Development services of Talent Management and Staff Development, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing.
