Cork Community Art Link is a community arts organisation and registered charity in Cork, Ireland.
We encourage meaningful collaborations between artists and people that result in the creation of great art, bringing creativity to places where people live, work and play.
We work with people to create a sense of community identity and collective pride, enabling people to learn more about themselves and the world around them while having fun.
Our work engages with people both as participants and spectators in public spaces, developing new ways of connecting with the arts.

Job Title: General Manager

Reporting to: The Board of Directors and working with the Artistic Director
Contract: 39hrs per week. 12-month contract with an option to renew (3 months probationary period)
Salary: €32,000 pa
Commencement Date: Negotiable

The Role:

The General Manager will have responsibility for developing and implementing a comprehensive participatory and community focused arts programme under the direction of the Artistic Director and the strategic development of the organisation as outlined by its Strategic Plan. In addition to this, the successful candidate will manage the day to day running of the organisation and its general operations, programmes and communications. This role requires a capable, determined person who can be flexible with their time and who appreciates the importance of our communities and the power of the arts.
