Your new role
Your new role, as Person in Charge, will involve a broad range of managerial duties including, managing, and creating staff rosters, and generating all other reports as required. As Manager, you will initially be responsible for the smooth running of a residential service houses, ensuring all HIQA regulations and legislation are followed accordingly.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you will have recent ad relevant management experience, creating rosters and managing staff. You will have a Level 8 or Level 9 degree in Social Care or a related field, and desirably a certificate in Management. In addition to this, you will have demonstrated skills in leading a team, and excellent time management skills.

What you'll get in return

You will be offered a permanent contract, as well as a competitive market salary of €47K+.
