Social Care Workers:
- Relevant recognised Diploma in Social Care / Applied Social Studies in Social Care (Level 7 on National Framework of Qualifications)
- FETAC/QQI Level 5 (Major Award) in Healthcare or equivalent (e.g. Health Service Skills, Healthcare Support)
We also welcome applications from those undertaking a relevant course.
Third Level Students are also welcome with a view to weekends and holiday breaks from college.
All candidates are required to hold a full current Driving Licence
The Muiríosa Foundation is interested in hearing from people who have experience of working with people with a range of support needs to include behaviours of concern and who have knowledge of statutory regulations, standards and Health Act 2007.
Excellent communication skills and IT/Computer skills with report writing is an advantage.
Successful candidates will be required to be flexible to work relevant shifts to include overnights/sleepovers and weekends as appropriate, across a variety of settings within the area. It should be noted that staff in the community home settings must be willing to work alone.
