Part-Time Chef-Catering Supervisor, St. Francis Farm
MQI wishes to appoint a Part-Time Chef-Catering Supervisor at the Recovery Services at St. Francis Farm, Tullow, Co. Carlow as follows:
Responsible for the operational requirements of the kitchen at St Francis Farm, Tullow, this role will involve all food preparation and the supervision of volunteers, catering assistants and clients. The objective of this role is to effectively, efficiently, economically and hygienically deliver care hospitality and catering services for our clients and in doing so, to uphold the philosophy and working ethos of Merchants Quay Ireland.
Salary: €13,150 to €16,099 (pro-rata of €26,300 to €32,199 per annum)
Contract: Fixed-Term contract for 12 months
Hours: 19.5 hours per week
