Citizens Information Phone Service

Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS) provide free, confidential and impartial information and advice to the public on social services, rights and entitlements. Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS) is currently seeking to recruit an:


Permanent, Part Time (17.5 Hours per Week)


The Administrator will provide proactive, efficient and effective administrative support to the organisation and to assist CIPS in the development and maintenance of effective practices that support its role and capacity as a national Citizens Information provider.   • Permanent Position: This is a permanent position, subject to completion of a 6 month probationary period.
  • Full Time Salary: €24,407 - €35,858 per annum (inclusive of two Long Service Increments (LSI), see candidate pack for further information).
  • Incremental Credit Assessment: CIS operates an incremental credit process for new entrants to the CIS network at request. For further information please see the candidate pack.
