Teach Tearmainn Domestic Violence Support Service: Refuge Support Worker (Maternity Cover)
Teach Tearmainn is a non-profit organisation dedicated to serving women, with or without children, who are in or have experienced domestic abuse. Established in 1999, Teach Tearmainn is the only specialised dedicated service working to address the issue of domestic violence and abuse in County Kildare. Teach Tearmainn provide the following services:
- Women's Support and Outreach Service
- Children's Support Service
- Court Accompaniment
- Group Support
- MEND Partner Support
- Education & Awareness Raising

We are currently recruiting for a Refuge Support Worker - Maternity Leave Cover. This role is a 39 per week, Monday - Friday, Maternity Leave Cover Contract.
The purpose of the role is to provide support services to survivors of domestic violence and abuse accessing Teach Tearmainn's Refuge service and to provide information and support to survivors who contact Teach Tearmainn's Helpline.
