Network Coach

WALK is seeking applications for a motivated and enthusiastic Network Coach to join the Human Rights Practise Development team to work alongside people to identify their aspirations, connect with others, and participate meaningfully in their communities.

The purpose of the role is to

• Promote self-advocacy and help people make informed choices.
• Enable people we support to play their part in the world and be seen as valued, contributing citizens
• Be creative, flexible and person centred
• Help people and their families plan for a positive future
• Facilitate the development of natural support networks
• To be a problem solver and to support people to move on positively with their lives.
