The Traveller Visibility Group (TVG) has been awarded funding to run the Cork Pilot NTRIS Education Programme. We are currently recruiting for one positions under this Pilot, a Roma Education Worker. Contract duration: Ends June 2025. 37 hours per week.

These projects are part of a network of Youth Diversion Projects; funded by the Department of Justice and by the European Social Fund and Dormant Accounts, in conjunction with An Garda Síochána under the new Youth Justice Strategy 2021 – 2027.

YDPs engage young people in a range of needs led interventions, such as personal & social development programmes, skills building activities, education, training and employment support & social enterprise initiatives, all based on their unique circumstances.

This Project is provided by Foróige, in partnership with Tulsa. The service offers structured support to identified at-risk young people and families within the Tusla Midlands area covering the counties of Laois, Offaly, Longford and Westmeath.
