Role Purpose/ Summary
Reporting to the Programme Design and Implementation Manager, this role will be to facilitate the effective development of Early Years Operations programme and project requirements articulation.
The role will focus on
- Gathering, collating and documenting business requirements.
- Ensuring traceability from business requirements to functional specification in partnership with the Pobal ICT BA team.
- There will be a focus on business process definition and process improvement while collaborating with the existing Pobal Operations Teams and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with subject matter experts within Early Years operational teams, ICT Business Analysts, key stakeholders groups within Pobal, and DCEDIY colleagues, in order to ensure the needs of users are clearly articulated, and met for current and new projects and programmes under development.
