Community Employment Supervisor

Youth Work Ireland North Connaught as the main sponsor of a Community Employment Programme through the Department of Social Protection, invite applications for the following position:

Community Employment Supervisor

The Community Employment Supervisor will seek to ensure the effective and efficient management and co-ordination of the human, financial and training resources of the CE Scheme and report to sponsor management on its implementation.

Aiming to plan, deliver and create learning opportunities for CE participants, the supervisor will support and empower CE participants to fully engage in the Community Employment programme.

The successful applicant will have the following essential requirements:

• Education to Level 6 NQF in Business/Financial Administration, Training, Human Resources (or other Management relevant discipline).
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar supervisory or management capacity.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Demonstrate the capacity to engage with participants and ensure the efficient management and co-ordination of the human, financial and training requirement of a CE project.
