(Specific Purpose Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave)
We have a vacancy at present for an After-School Worker in our Child and Family Programmes to help deliver a vibrant programme of activities after-school to children aged 5 -14 years living in homeless accommodation. This is a specific purpose fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
CDETB Foundations Project is an educational support service for people who are homeless. In place since 2001, it provides Adult Education Programmes and Child and Family Programmes (including an after-schools service) to offer supports to families experiencing homelessness around their educational needs. The project liaises with a wide network of schools, community, voluntary and statutory services in the area of homelessness, family support and education.
