The Role
REPORTS TO: Finance and Operations Manager
CONTRACT: Full-time - Permanent position
LOCATION: Our national office is based at Tallaght in south Dublin.
MODEL OF WORKING: The organisation is operating a blended working model for the foreseeable future, subject to review based on organisational needs.
This position requires 35 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office.
The role of the Accounts Assistant is an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified Accounts Technician or part qualified Accountant who is keen to learn in a small dynamic team while also creating a positive change in the lives of children in early years settings in Ireland.
The purpose of this post is to work to oversee the sustainable funding and financial management to enable Early Childhood Ireland to deliver its objectives. The successful candidate will be an active member of the Finance Team primarily responsible for Creditors, banking, project reporting and general accounting duties.
The Accounts Assistant is a member of Operations team but serves as a resource and contributor throughout the organisation to support the delivery of our ambitious Strategic Plan.
Salary and Key Benefits:
A salary in the range €30,484 to €35,650 is offered. The agreed salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
