The Role

Oxfam Ireland have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, innovative, energetic person who has a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and is results driven to join their team as a Training & Recruitment Officer.

Within the role, the successful person will support the Regular Giving team in surpassing its campaigning, training and recruitment objectives.

  • Experience in recruitment and training within the NGO or private sector.
  • Understanding and experience of fundraising, campaigning, telemarketing, or sales.
  • Coordination skills, and ability to manage a diverse workload and priorities.
