Co-operative Housing Ireland is the national organisation representing, promoting and developing co-operative housing in Ireland since 1973. Since our foundation we have provided over 5,000 homes through home-ownership, shared ownership and social rented co-operatives. With our membership of democratically controlled local co-operatives, we continue to manage 2,000 homes across Ireland as well as providing a network of childcare services in our communities. Housing Officer (Full-Time) Ref: Dublin (Flexible Locations.)
We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join our housing management team serving co-operative housing members.
Based in the Dublin, the successful applicant will have the skills and capacity to assist in the delivery of quality housing management, administration, caretaking, repairs and maintenance services for designated estates.
Reporting to the Housing Services Manager and working with co-operative members the role necessitates excellent communication, IT, interpersonal and organisational skills and a full driving licence and use of a car.
