Applications are invited for the following temporary full- time 12 month contract position:

Social Care Worker

A Social Care Worker is required for our child and family residential centre at Ballyowen Meadows, Fonthill Road, Clondalkin Dublin 22.

Responsible to: Residential Manger and Deputy Manager

Essential:

All candidates applying must have, minimum, Social Care Degree (level7/8)

Please Note other qualifications, e.g. Social Work, Psychology, nursing, in this instance are not acceptable.

A Full clean Driving Licence is preferable.

To contribute to the promotion, creation and maintenance of a welcoming, caring and supportive environment in Ballyowen Meadows ensuring that a high standard of care is delivered to the young people and their family.

Excellent report writing and organisational skills.

Traveller Families Care GLC are a voluntary Organisation. We receive funding from TUSLA to provide residential care. Salaries are in line with TUSLA Pay Scales and staff ae eligible to join the HSE Pension Scheme.
