Compass Child and Family Services is a non-for profit organisation working with children, adolescents and their families with a view to strengthen their individual and collective functioning as a family.

Our philosophy of working with young people and their families has a strong underpinning and is guided by principles of the continental European Model of Social Pedagogy.

We are currently recruiting a Support Pedagogue for one of our out of home care settings in the South West Region of Ireland.

The overall role of the Support Pedagogue is to support the work of the house Pedagogues and to offer stimulating and supportive intervention’s to the young people and work with them based on building relationships using social pedagogical principles.
