Brighter Communities Worldwide: Volunteer Opportunity in Kenya [1]

Brighter Communities Worldwide are looking for volunteers to join them in 2018 to take part in our volunteer projects in Kenya. There are 2 options to choose from – June 9th to 30th 2018 (closing date 31/01/18) or October 27th to November 17th 2018 (closing date 31/05/18).

Volunteers will be working in a rural area 220km northwest of Nairobi. They will work closely with local communities and our staff on projects supporting community development programmes for example smokeless stove installations; rescue & emergency care courses; business trainings and with a specific role to support development of a sustainable tourism project. This is a great opportunity to use your skills & experience to support people who are creating better futures for themselves and to deepen your understanding of global development issues.
