Seeking Consultant for Strategic Plan Development
FusionCPL (Community Prison Link) was set up in September 2003 by the Ballyfermot Local Drugs & Alcohol Task Force to support individuals living in the community or incarcerated in prison who have had difficulties with drug / alcohol misuse. We support individuals to look at the issues that are holding them back from moving forward and support them to overcome these obstacles.
Request for Proposals
FusionCPL invites tenders from consultancy companies or individuals to develop a three year Strategic Plan for the project. This will involve meeting with the Board of Management, staff, participants and other stakeholders. The project will be undertaken in close cooperation with the FusionCPL Manager and is scheduled to be concluded by end of March 2019. The attached Tender document contains a detailed description and complete schedule for the project.
We are looking for a consultant with:
- Expertise and experience in strategic planning
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of addiction issues / Support/ Treatment
- Understanding of the National Strategy Document: Reducing Harm, Supporting Recovery A health-led response to drug and alcohol use in Ireland 2017-2025.
The submissions should include an outline of the research process, a summary of the researcher’s previous experience and qualifications, contact details for referees, a timeline for proposed strategic planning activities, the expected number of days to undertake the work and details of costs.
The fee for this piece of work is €5,000.00 inclusive of all costs (for example, administrative costs, VAT, travel & subsistence).
