Blanchardstown Area Partnership (BAP) is a local development company working across Fingal. We receive our funding from the Exchequer and are responsible for a range of programmes to meet the needs of individuals, families and community groups in County Fingal. The key programmes we delivered are the Social Inclusion Community Activation Programme (SICAP), the Local Employment Service (LES), Jobclub and Tús. Since 2015, we deliver the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) across the county of Fingal.

Blanchardstown Area Partnership is in the process of changing their name and it will change to Empower.

BAP are seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals and Companies to tender for a range of training. BAP have identified the following training requirements for their clients:

  • Health & Safety training for Employers
  • Child Protection
  • Bookkeeping, Accounts & Payroll
  • Safe Pass
  • Training & Development (Train the Trainer)
  • Employment activation training
  • Security training
  • Occupational First Aid
  • Basic IT training
  • Parenting Plus training
  • ESOL training
  • Manual handling
  • Cleaning training
  • Community development training
  • Motivational training

BAP intend to create a panel of preferred training providers for use on an adhoc basis

Requirements for Tender:

Each tender should contain information about history and background of training company, relevant qualifications, previous work and training delivery experience.

Interested parties must submit evidence of their ability to deliver this training to our target groups and the costs associated for the delivery of each or all of the training programmes on a daily/half-day rate.

Each successful tender is required to provide a current Tax Clearance Certificate.

Procedure for Tenders:

Blanchardstown Area Partnerships tendering process is based on the principles of value for money, integrity and fairness. Our tender evaluation process takes into account quality, methodology and previous experience with our target groups, in a manner to ensure value for money.

Applications should arrive no later than 5.00pm on Friday 02nd March 2018. Submissions received after the time and date specified above will not be accepted.

The provision of these training sessions will be subject to appropriate funding being secured by the Partnership.
