Strong MS Office, particularly MS Excel skills as well as experience of financial management systems preferably Sage Accounts. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. A ‘can-do’ approach with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

The primary role of the Caseworker will be to provide an advice and information service to Irish prisoners overseas and to undertake support work in relation to the families of Irish prisoners overseas.
