INCO: Programme and Partnerships Manager & Technical Tutor

At INCO we believe that the challenges facing our world – climate change, scarce natural resources, and growing inequality – require new approaches. We envision a new economy, one that is both socially inclusive and environmentally sustainable.

We’re not alone. There’s a global movement – driven by a new generation of diverse entrepreneurs– who believe the world can and must change. These creative entrepreneurs are launching dynamic new enterprises that offer innovative solutions to our most pressing social and environmental challenges.

Tomorrow’s “unicorns” will be those enterprises delivering strong social and environmental impact, alongside compelling financial returns.

INCO has a presence in 35 countries through 3 core activities:

  • Impact investing - with €200M under management
  • Startup acceleration -with +500 green and social impact startups supported every year
  • Vocational training (INCO Academy) - with +15,000 underemployed and underserved individuals trained and placed in tech companies

INCOs work in Ireland will focus on its vocational training programme (INCO Academy), helping to upskill and empower individuals from disadvantaged and underrepresented communities across Ireland.
