The Office of the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) was established in 2018 to resolve complaints from consumers against financial service providers or pension providers.
The FSPO provides an independent, fair, impartial, confidential and free service to resolve complaints through mediation, and where necessary by investigation and adjudication.
To meet the growing demand for our services, we are seeking talented people for various permanent positions across our teams to assist us to deliver our services in an innovative, dynamic and user-friendly manner.
We are seeking to recruit a high performing individual with a strong record of leadership and management and a track record of achievement in organisational development and strategic communications to fill the role of:
- Director of Corporate and Communication Services
Immediate opportunities exist at Executive Officer level in the following functional areas:
- Dispute Resolution / Mediation
- Investigation / Adjudication / Legal Services
We also have immediate vacancies at Clerical Officer level. Our Clerical Officers process large volumes of incoming calls, email and post, and register and process new complaints.
