About Women’s Aid: Women's Aid is a leading national organisation that has been working in Ireland to stop domestic violence against women and children since 1974.  We provide support and information through our 24hr National Freephone Helpline and one to one support services to women experiencing emotional, physical, sexual or financial abuse by a current or former husband, partner or boyfriend.  In addition to our Direct Services, Women's Aid acts for justice and social change by engaging in policy, representation and communications and campaigns activity at a national level. We also provide specialised training and organisational support on responding to domestic violence to a broad range of stakeholders.

  1. Financial Controller Ref FINCON19

Reporting to: The Financial Controller in Women’s Aid reports to the CEO. 

Key responsibilities include: financial management including reporting to funders and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and accountability for funding received, strategic input into the organisations sustainable development.

Salary Scale: €57,930-€62,887 depending on experience (pro rata – 20 hours per week. Flexibility of working hours withing office hours will be considered.

Initial fixed term contract: Eighteen (18) Months

Salary scale:   Women’s Aid Clerical scale (€23,431-€30,028 pro rata), point depending on experience. 20 hours per week pro rata. Flexible working within office hours will be considered.
