LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR (TWO POSTS)
BASED IN ARDEE, CO LOUTH
Salary: €33,189-€43,800 per annum dependant on skills and experience.
We currently have two exciting vacancies within our Learning and Development Team for Learning and Development Facilitators based in Ardee, Co Louth.
These posts are full time, and the successful post holders will facilitate and deliver training to employees across the Republic of Ireland schemes that Praxis Care operates
The successful candidates will work with the department in providing a quality, efficient and robust programme for learning and development activities. Responsibilities will include the delivery of a number of care, and non-care specific training programmes to include, but not limited to Physical Invention, Personal Safety, First Aid and Manual Handling Training.
They will also be involved in the designing and producing learning materials and providing professional support, advice and guidance to staff and managers across the organisation

To be considered for this role you should meet the criteria listed below:
A Care related qualification at QCF 3 level or above
(this may include professional qualification in Social Work OR First/Second Level Nursing OR
QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services
QQI/FETEC Level 5-8 Major Award in the Health and Social Care Suite or QCF/NVQ 3)
2 years’ experience in social care
Experience through their current/previous role of coaching/ training staff
Full valid driver’s licence on application and access to own transport on appointment
Willing to travel extensively to facilitate and deliver training across ROI, and also on occasion Northern Ireland, England and Isle of Man the organisation operates in.
