Irish Wheelchair Association (IWA) is a progressive independent person centred national organisation providing services for people with limited mobility.
We now seek applications for the following Permanent full time position with base location in Ennis or Limerick City
ALS Scheduling Officer
(Salary range €25,752 and €42,891 DOE)
You will support the Assisted Living Service ensuring that the service users receive a person centred service. You will assist and support the Coordinators with managing and monitoring the daily operation and expansion of the assisted living service packages, as well as organising Personal Assistants to provide high quality services to service users. You will also oversee the day to day running of the office.
The ideal candidate will possess a Level 6 degree higher such as QQI Supervisory Management Skills; BA in Business Management, HR, office management, event management or customer service combined with at 3 years of previous experience in a supervisory role in scheduling/ business office / HR. The ability to make operational decisions, good problem solving skills, customer service experience and excellent time management and business planning skills are essential. This role also requires excellent computer and administration skills (Microsoft Office & Database Management). Knowledge of the geographical area of Galway/Mayo is desirable.
