A qualification in adult education, youth work, social sciences, education / training or a related field is essential.
Lead and manage fundraising programmes and projects, covering all aspects of the donor communication cycle e.g. donor acquisition, donor stewardship and donor reactivation. Drive the delivery of the corporate / grant fundraising strategy. Develop, manage and retain existing corporate partnerships. Prospect and present to potential corporate partners. Drive the development and management of legacy fundraising strategy.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a recognised relevant diploma / trade level qualification in the subject matter area and significant experience of working with young people, applicants must have at minimum ‘Train the Trainer’ qualification, the ability to integrate I.T based learning, literacy development and other pedagogical skills and approaches, excellent administration skills & a trainee-centred approach to the work.
The Database Administrator is an important role within the Development, Alumni Relations, Fellows and Members office and will support, administer and maintain office databases and systems and provide technical support to the team. This position is responsible for database system use and developments in response to departmental needs and day-to-day system integrity, including recommending strategies to ensure data integrity.
The role of the Training / Administration Supervisor is to lead the training function. Areas of responsibility include ensuring trainees are met regularly with training services, liaising with DSP officer regarding all aspects of scheme and trainees & liaising with trainees on an on-going basis regarding their work experience, their attitude, their application, their development needs and any other personal or professional areas.
