We are seeking to recruit to the following positions:

Relief Support Worker
Athboy

I am a 21-year-old woman with many interests including cooking, swimming and socialising and wish to recruit someone with similar interests. I would like support in building networks within my community and in promoting life skills and independence. Support will be from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend support. Flexibility with these hours is requested.

Essential requirements/qualities of applicant are:

  • Motivation and willingness to try new things.
  • Ability to use own initiative and plan effectively.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with both the individual and family.
  • Full driving licence.

Desirable requirements/qualities of applicant are:

  • Optimistic with a sense of humour.
  • Good connections within the community.
  • FETAC / QQI Level 5 in a relevant health care course or currently completing same.

(Relevant training will be provided)
