Role: Internal Communications Coordinator
Location: Northbank House, 159-161 Upper Sherriff Street
Contract: Permanent
Salary: €45,049 - €56,632
Hours: 35 Hours per week

Position Overview:

A primary aim of the role is to support the Communications Manager to develop the internal communications function and to contribute to business success by designing and driving an effective internal communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the internal communications representative for all departments;
  • Developing and managing the delivery of an internal communications strategy designed to support Clúid’s strategic objectives;
  • Designing and delivering effective strategies and campaigns that drive employee engagement with Clúid’s vision, mission and values;
  • Providing communications advice and support to key internal stakeholders on a range of topics;
  • Writing, editing and distributing engaging content including monthly bulletins and news articles;
  • Using surveys, verbal feedback, focus groups, and other communication measurement tools to adjust and improve internal communications;
  • Continuously identifying and assessing new internal communications requirements and opportunities.
  • Manage and develop the continued evolution of Clúid’s internal brand This is Clúid;
  • Support the HR department to enhance Clúid’s employer profile;
  • Produce high quality employer marketing materials including videos, social media posts etc.;
  • Managing and developing Clúid’s intranet;
  • Coordinating internal meetings and events to ensure the delivery of key messages across the organisation;
  • Manage the design, delivery and distribution of a variety of publications including newsletters, articles etc.;
  • Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation;

Education and experience required

  • A minimum of three years’ professional communications experience
  • Experience delivering marketing materials
  • Experience managing internal communications projects
  • Experience managing a company intranet (Sharepoint)
  • Experience managing employee engagement initiatives
  • Experience delivering and managing engaging campaigns
  • Experiencing providing creative solutions to organisational challenges
