 Social Care opportunities

Camphill Grangebeg is a small rural community that has a strong family atmosphere. We provide a home to 10 residents. Merged with a day services and transitional training opportunities within the context of our organic farm, garden and every day community life.

We are a HIQA monitored social care community where our residents and day attendees are supported to live high quality lives by staff and volunteers. We are a community in transition integrating employed Social Care staff with short-term life sharing volunteers all committed to the values and ethos of Camphill. We are also integrating with our local community as neighbours, friends and colleagues. If you are questioning the quality of the lives of the people you are currently working with? If you have an interest in a community based approach to working with people that recognises the valuable contribution every person can make to their own community, Grangebeg is the place for you.

We are looking for dynamic, flexible people to join our team, who are committed to working in a person-centred way within the context of a living community, to work in both our residential and day services.
