Facilitators / Tutors Required

Dublin South City Partnership requires facilitator(s) to deliver

  1. Life Coaching programmes
  2. Driver theory test programmes

Location: Programmes will be delivered across parts of the Dublin 8 and Dublin 12 areas.
Participants: Both programmes target participants who are long term unemployed, who may have low education levels and experience disadvantage in their own lives.
Programmes: It is anticipated that both programmes will run a number of times throughout 2019.


1. Life Coaching programme facilitator required

The Programme will involve:

  1. Delivery of a Life Coaching Programme, approx. 2 mornings per week for 4 weeks.
  2. Sessions will run 9.30am – 12.30am
  3. Provision of individual Life Coaching/Personal Action Planning sessions, to enable participants to develop their own personal plan.

This work will require a flexible, innovative approach. There will be administrative duties as part of the brief including data capture, monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements

Interested facilitators are requested to submit a brief proposal outlining how they would undertake the delivery of the Life Coaching programme.

  • A proposed outline of (a) how you would approach the work (b) the content that would be covered in each session.
  • Information detailing relevant experience and skills of delivery of Life Coaching programmes. Please attach a current CV of person(s) who will undertake the work.
  • It is expected that facilitators would have experience of working with participants who are long term unemployed, who possibly have low levels of education and have personal barriers to progression.
  • A detailed costing, to include costs of delivery of the programme, including one to one sessions.
  • The budget available for this work is approx. €3,500. The proposed fee is to cover all costs and expenses to be incurred.

2. Driver Theory Test Programme facilitator required

A facilitator is required to tutor and support participants to learn and prepare for the Drivers Theory Test.

The Driver Theory Test Programme normally runs for one session per week (2 ½ hours/session) over 6 – 8 weeks.

  • Information detailing relevant experience and skills of delivery of adult learning programmes. Please attach a current CV of person(s) who will undertake the work.
  • It is expected that facilitators would have experience of working with participants who are long term unemployed, who possibly have low levels of education and have personal barriers to progression.
  • Costing. The payment rates for this facilitator’s role will be in line with ETB tutor rates.
