Due to exciting growth we are recruiting for the below position for a new service in Co. Waterford supporting a new referral:
Full time (39 hours per week)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate health or social care professional. The Service Manager will manage and develop a high quality service which meets the needs and aspirations of the people we support. They will provide leadership to the staff team(s), be responsible for ensuring current and newly referred individuals receive high quality person centred support and will provide direct support to the people we support, to staff and volunteers and promote best practice.
To be shortlisted for interview you must clearly demonstrate in your application how you meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an operational management capacity, which must include the supervision of staff / volunteers and financial management
- An appropriate qualification in health or social care management at an appropriate level
- A full driving licence with access to a car insured for business purposes*
*Consideration will be given to those applicants unable to drive due to a disability.
