We have the following vacancies at our Mo Shaol HomeShare Service where we provide support to people in County Louth and County Meath.

Service Administrator

25 hours per week, temporary position until December 2020 (with possibility of extension)
These 25 hours can be flexible to suit you
€25,000 - € 30,000 pro rata per annum

You will need:

  • Minimum qualification in Word Processing Stage 2 (or equivalent), OR Typing speed of 50-55wpm
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of managing the administration of a busy office (salary will be dependent on experience)
  • Ability to travel independently*. Positive Futures defines this as being a car driver and holder of a full driving licence, or having access to a form of transport which will permit the applicant to meet the demands of the post.

*This criteria is waived for candidates unable to meet it due to disability.


Social Workers x 2

39 hours per week, temporary position until December 2020 (with possibility of extension)
€39,819 - €57,899 per annum

The successful applicants will contribute to the delivery of a high quality Home Share and Short Break service which offers flexible family based support to children and adults with an intellectual disability and their families / carers.

You will need:

  • CORU approved Social Work qualification
  • Experience of working with people with an intellectual disability
  • Experience of undertaking detailed assessments
  • Be registered, or eligible for registration on appointment, on the CORU Register
  • Ability to travel independently*. Positive Futures defines this as being a car driver and holder of a full driving licence, or having access to a form of transport which will permit the applicant to meet the demands of the post.
