The North Eastern Regional Drug & Alcohol Task Force (NE-RDATF) is an inter-agency partnership responsible for the implementation of the Governments' National Drugs Strategy incorporating community, voluntary and statutory representatives. NE-RDATF was established in 2003 to ensure the development of a co-ordinated and integrated response to tackling drugs problems in Counties Cavan, Louth, Meath and Monaghan.
North Eastern Regional Drug & Alcohol Task Force invites applications for an Office Administrator (Part-time).
Based in Navan, the Office Administrator has the responsibility to fulfill the office administration requirements for the organization in a part time capacity.
Key skills and Experience:
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise own work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent secretarial skills
- Ability to take initiative on own area of work and work as a team player
- Willingness to attend meetings off site
Key Tasks: (not a comprehensive list)
- Minute recording, transcribing and dissemination
- Event management
- Provide administration support to Board and staff
Remuneration: Salary HSE Clerical Officer Grade IV Point 1 €25,497 pro rata. This post is a 20 hour week position (not including breaks) and reports directly to the Coordinator.
This position is subject to annually funding.
