HOME VISITING MENTOR, PREPARING FOR LIFE PROGRAMME
The Home Visiting Mentor role is part of the Preparing for Life programme based in Northside Partnership. We work from families from pregnancy to when the child starts school. Northside Partnership is committed to implementing an Advantaged Thinking approach which focuses on identifying, developing and investing in skills, capabilities and assets of the people we work with.
We currently wish to recruit a full time Home Visiting Mentor to join the Preparing for Life Team. Reporting to the Team Co-ordinator, the Home Visiting Mentor will work to a clearly outlined programme manual to support families, to achieve improved school readiness, as well as improved physical, psychological and emotional health and well-being.
Preparing for Life is an evidenced based, prevention and early intervention project based in Darndale, North Dublin working with families from pregnancy through childhood to help children achieve their full potential. We work with families, health services, early years education settings and schools.
