Operations Coordinator required for a leading Dublin charity to successfully coordinate the integration and delivery of all day to day operational functions of the service.

Role:

  • Liaise with managers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Coordinate the integration and delivery of all day to day operational functions of the service
  • Analyse risks and opportunities
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate status to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Monitor working hours
  • Issue all appropriate safety paperwork
  • Monitor progress and handle any issues that arise

Requirements:

  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to delegate to other team members
  • Familiarity with risk management and Health and Safety guidelines
