Administrative Assistant

Part- time/Full-time

Administrative Assistant required to provide administrative support to a leading Dublin charity.

Role:

  • Scheduling, coordinating and monitoring appointments
  • Processing and recording information and appointments in an effective manner
  • Autonomously handling routine correspondence (eg. Confirmations, appointments, documentation)
  • Working on correspondence on the instructions of managers and senior team members
  • Coordinate with other team members
  • Maintain existing admin and filing systems
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities
