is currently seeking to recruit

Two Part-Time Administrators

Fixed Term contracts from 1st April to the 31st December 2019

To be based in a Citizens Information Centre in either:

Cork City Centre, Cornmarket St, Cork

Wed 1pm – 4.30pm*, Thu & Fri 9am – 5pm

(*Alternate Wed evening session, 5pm – 8.30pm, currently once a month)

Hollyhill/Knocknaheeny, Cork

Mon-Fri 9:30am – 1pm

Responsibilities include clerical, administration and reception duties in addition to assisting the Development Manager in the overall work of the service.  Excellent communication, organisational, office administration, book-keepina and IT skills are required, with relevant qualifications and experience. 

Salary:  €24,407 - €33,567 pro-rata for part-time staff.  It is anticipated that new entrants will be appointed to the 1st point on the scale.  Incremental credit, should it be awarded, will be based on previous relevant experience as set out in the application form and covering letter.
