The Management of Community Response wish to advise the vacancy of the role Project Team Leader.
Community Response Ltd is a registered charity that provides an innovative primary alcohol & liver health care service based in the South Inner City of Dublin. We also provide a range of unique services for those affected by Hepatitis C and offer a Family Support service for clients of the project. Our vision is to empower people to make and maintain healthy lifestyle choices relating to alcohol and poly drug misuse. We are committed to developing peer initiatives, identifying emerging needs and incorporating service user feedback into the programme.
They will be responsible for the line management of the primary service team, planning of the resources for the programme in line with the Strategic Plan 2018-2021, co-ordinating case management workloads and providing accurate reports as required from the Salesforce (E-Cass) client management system. To ensure that the project and its services operate to best practice standards relating to QuADs, Better Safer Healthcare, Slainte Care and GDPR compliance.
Salary: HSE Grade V
Hours: 35 hours per week
This position is for a 12 -month fixed term contract
