YOUTH JUSTICE WORKER

The Liberties Club, one of The South Inner City Community Development Association’s key community based initiatives, is a Garda Youth Diversion Project based in the Liberties, Dublin 8. As a GYDP, the Liberties Club provides suitable activities to facilitate personal development, promote civic responsibility and improve long term employability prospects amongst young people who have been involved in anti-social and/or criminal behaviour.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team-player, and will be expected to take responsibility for promoting the Club’s services, engaging with young people and managing an individual case load.

This position is being offered on a full-time, rolling contract, subject to funding (with continuity based on work performance) and provides a great opportunity for the right person to join a vibrant community development organisation.
