Title: Administrative Assistant
Reporting to: Head of Corporate Affairs
Salary: €24,000 - €27,000 commensurate with experience
Location: AsIAm Headquarters (84 Amiens Street, Dublin 1) – travel may be required

Job Description

AsIAm is seeking a suitably experienced Administrative Assistant to support the smooth and effective running of our head office and organisation. Suitable candidates, will have prior experience of office work and have excellent organisational, computing and secretarial skills.


  • Supporting the CEO by dealing with correspondence and diary management
  • Assisting in the preparation of accounts (including use of Microsoft Office Suite particularly a good knowledge of Excel) and the raising and settling of invoices
  • Taking minutes and organising meetings held in the office
  • Assisting in the organising and running of AsIAm events and fundraisers
  • Managing the dispatch of programme materials and organising office equipment and supplies
  • Supporting the overall smooth operation of the office, under the supervision of the Head of Corporate Affairs

A suitable candidate will have

  • Previous office experience
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • A full, clean driving license
  • Experience of organising events or participating in charitable activities / organisations

An ideal candidate will also have

  • A knowledge of / passion for autism inclusion
  • A relevant third level qualification
