The Recovery Academy of Ireland has three objectives;

  2. It is a forum to promote and support recovery
  3. It offers a platform to challenge stigma

Recovery Academy of Ireland is currently recruiting for the following position:

 Project Coordinator - 1 year Fixed Term Contract

 The role will be based in Dublin city centre but will include travel around Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have:                 

  • Proven experience in developing new initiatives
  • Experience of working in a recovery context
  • Experience of working with stakeholders (voluntary, community and statutory sector)
  • Experience of strategic policy implementation
  • Experience of coordinating groups
  • Experiencing of planning and undertaking research
  • Experience of recruiting people to support services development
  • Knowledge of service users and their representative processes
  • Knowledge and experience of continuing care
  • A valid driving licence

This post will operate as a secondment from ACET Ireland, who will be the contract employer. The post holder will report to the Board of Recovery Academy of Ireland.
