Genio Capacity Building Coordinator – unique opportunity for dynamic and experienced candidate

This role offers you a unique opportunity to work as part of a small, innovative team in social service transformation in Ireland. You will play an integral role as part of the dementia programme team, in supporting the implementation of personalised supports for people with dementia. You will also play an important role in the delivery of Genio’s capacity building programmes, initially within the disability and mental health fields.

This is a dynamic and challenging position which will suit a self-starter with outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills; good knowledge of the health and social sectors; and understanding of organisational change. Knowledge or experience of action research is desirable.

This is a full-time position based in Dublin, with some travel and flexibility required. Competitive salary and benefits.
