Women's Aid is a leading national organisation that has been working in Ireland to stop domestic violence against women and children since 1974. We are recruiting a Receptionist/Administrator, part-time, through the Community Employment scheme. The successful candidate will provide a professional yet friendly ‘front of house’ as they meet and greet visitors.

DUTIES:

  • Handle all incoming calls, post, emails and deliveries.
  • Work closely with the Service Team and Management to ensure appointments run smoothly.
  • Oversee booking of Meeting and Training Rooms when required.
  • Organise outgoing Post, Courier service and Taxi Bookings for Staff.
  • Maintain Post Records. Resolve all administration queries.
  • Responsible for maintaining and ordering office supplies.
  • Liaise with outsource IT Company to resolve any IT issues.
  • Ad Hoc Duties as required.
