The primary purpose of the Information & Support Assistant is to directly provide an information and support service to callers to Sage and to assist in the development and coordination of the support services of Sage Advocacy in relation to both general and patient advocacy.

You will support the ongoing development of PAS and other key organisational initiatives through the provision of communications expertise and strategies which enable increased service user, and public understanding of the service.
The Corporate Services Officer will provide a reliable, high quality and timely administration support function for PAS. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of PAS through the effective and efficient management of HR and Finance processes, procedures and reporting. The Corporate Services Officer will also be responsible for facilities management including health and safety.
