Blossom Ireland: Local Area Coordinator

The primary focus of the work of the Local Area Coordinator on the Blossom Teen Development Programme is to support teenagers aged 15-20 years, with an intellectual disability, and their families to identify their own strengths and needs, advocate on behalf of them and support them in planning for the future. The Local Area Coordinator will help people plan, organise and access a range of practical and personalised supports and services which enhance their participation in, and contribution to, their local community.
