We are currently recruiting for live night duty staff to work within the service on full time basis.
Hawthorn provides residential family based assessments and interventions to parents who face difficulties in caring for their children.
The role involves:
- Maintaining a high level of supervision, recording, communication and assessment of family interaction and parental motivation.
- Supporting parents to build on their parenting skills and their relationships with their children by providing guidance and advice which promotes the welfare of the child and remains in their best interest.
Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, flexible, be able to relate to people, have good communication and organisation skills, work as part of a team and have a commitment to working with children and their families.
