Donnycarney Youth Project (DYP) is a community based project working with the youth and families of the area. Donnycarney Youth Project CLG consists of five internal strands, one of which is a Youth Justice Programme funded by Irish Youth Justice.
We are currently inviting applications for the position of
Full Time Youth Justice Worker
Qualifications / Experience
- A relevant third level qualification (Degree) in either Youth & Community, Social Care, Social Science or other relevant discipline.
- Two years’ full time experience of working with young people in a youth work setting
- Full Clean Driving Licence is desirable
We are looking for individuals with enthusiasm, drive and initiative who are youth focussed and will embrace the Better Ireland Brighter Future National Outcomes for young people
Salary: In line with CDYSB Youth Work Scale Depending on Experience.
This post requires the successful candidate to work scheduled hours at evenings and weekends to include residential breaks.
